"Did You Know That Every Cell In Your Body Is Replaced Every 7 Years?"

That opening line of Dr. Christiane Northrup's January 7th blog post caught my attention! Especially now, at the beginning of the new year, when so many of our thoughts are focused on how we are going to change and improve our lives and ourselves in this upcoming "Year of the Horse"!

I love this thought process of  keeping our thoughts positive and high vibrational, then, as our cells regenerate or renew, they, too, become positive and high vibrational. They will regenerate into healthy, strong cells. Dr. Northrup says to" keep your mind focused on high, ecstatic vibrational thoughts to create a flourishing life and body"...not always easy, but always rewarding!
